The M.Inc Team

Mirabel Emma Aleladia is the founder of M.Inc and  lead communications strategist. She has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Mirabel is known for her innovative ideas and creativity. She has proven track record of project management, strategizing and delivering solutions on time and effectively. 

In her career in communications, she has been effective in liaising with press to help boost her clients’ brand visibility whilst protecting their reputation. She has worked with Nigeria’s largest Credit bureau as a project manager and subsidiaries of the United Nations, International Finance  Corporation and African Development Bank. She has consulted for renowned brands such as Unilever, Sterling Bank and Filmhouse

Mirabel is goal oriented, problem solving and enthusiastic about branding and communications. Her approach to branding is non-conventional and is especially suitable to brands who wish to break into the African and global market.

Founder/Head Strategist

Joshua Folayemi has an LL.B and B.L from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island respectively.

He has proven track record of project management, strategizing, and delivering strategic solutions for brands. He has certifications in Storytelling (Cannes Lions School), Marketing Strategy (Cannes Lions School), Creative Thinking (Cannes Lion School), and Behavioural Economics (Ogilvy Consulting).

In his career in marketing communications, he has worked with some of the world’s most valuable brands on various projects and campaigns, such as OPPO Nigeria, Paradigm Initiative, and Realness Institute amongst others.

Team Lead

She has garnered valuable experience working with reputable organisations, where she steadily built her career by assuming diverse roles in Human Resources, Project Management and Administrative Services.

Amara has undergone training under esteemed HR professionals and coaches. In 2021, she was selected for the Human Resources Immersion Program conducted by Enife Atobiloye GPHR, and in 2022, she received training from Ajibola Bamidele, the Managing Director of Certification Edge, a highly reputable training institute in Nigeria. Additionally, she has pursued Professional in Human Resources International (PHRI) Certification training.

Throughout her progressive years of experience, she has played a pivotal role in assisting mission-driven startups and organisations in establishing optimal structures that have significantly contributed to the growth and scalability of both their people and business.

Amara's personality is well-rounded, as she enjoys an active social life and possesses a deep passion for service and leadership. She takes delight in engaging in various activities, including reading, expanding her skillset, designing and content creation.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in History & International Relations from Ebonyi State University.
